Full HVAC design-build for a new student services facility, including chilled water systems, air handling units, and full building automation.
A multi-phase mechanical project providing a complete HVAC infrastructure for one of Miami Dade College’s newest learning facilities. Coltec engineered, supplied, and installed the chilled-water plant, multi-zone air handlers, VAV distribution, smart controls, and full commissioning to deliver a high-efficiency, code-compliant environment for students and staff.
