Full mechanical renovation of a long-standing public middle school facility.
Coltec replaced and modernized the HVAC infrastructure at Ruben Dario Middle School, delivering healthier learning environments and significantly improved energy performance. Work was scheduled around the academic calendar to minimize disruption to students and staff.
